Yoga for everybody
All-inclusive yoga classes, suitable for all bodies. Mindful practices that cultivate a deep awareness and connection to your (energetic) body. A balance between softness, strength, and stability. The focus of this class is different every time, and we use a variety of poses, breathing practices, guided meditation, and rest. You have the option to be guided throughout the class or practice more intuitively, so we can all honor our needs and abilities in every moment.
I invite you to connect to your inner power and create space. In that space, there is much more room and potential for feeling and listening to what your body has to tell you. Freeing the way for energy to flow.

Yoga for pregnancy, birth and postpartum
During pregnancy, every cell in a woman's body is literally in service to the growth and well-being of a tiny little life. This can feel magical, and also very tiring. I'm passionate about supporting women during this phase of life and aim to inspire on how to use the practices of yoga as a tool to experience freedom and power during pregnancy and birth.
Each pregnancy and birth is unique. We can practice yoga during pregnancy and birth to enable us to keep an open heart and acceptance, whatever we may encounter in the process. It helps with finding a deep strength and trust that enables us to take each moment during birth as it comes, without the expectation that it will be anything other than what it is.
In this phase of a women's life, it's so important to take the time to explore and listen to the wisdom of the body. That's why I'm mainly the facilitator and space holder for women to feel safe and experience their own unique yoga journey and find their way to nourish and honor themselves.
This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, nourished, and rested.

Ayurveda Yoga
Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences and really, one can't be practiced without the other. Imagine having the tools to support your digestion, sleep, depression, or anxiety. It's about tuning into the wisdom we already have as human beings.
In this class, we focus on Kapha, Vata, or Pitta balancing practices. The practices are adjusted to the time of day, seasons, and other natural rhythms.
